Governments and corporations certainly hold a great deal of power, but so do citizens. Too often people forget that they also have the power to change their world. But throughout the country, people from the age of 7 to 70 are starting projects, improving their communities, and making positive change.

A. One young girl set a goal to raise $2,700 for Sanganguna Village in India. After holding a walkathon, she raised $3,700, more than enough to provide the village with an accessible source of clean water.
