What If?

Q. What if every household in America spent just $10 of their grocery bill each week on locally grown food?

Q. What if people made an even more significant effort to buy local produce?

A.  An Iowa State study found that if just 25 percent of the fruits and vegetables consumed in the state were grown by local farmers, farmers in the state would see sales rise over $140 million and over $54 million would be paid to roughly 2,000 jobholders.
